Unfortunately, we were unable to attend these parades. Valerie had planned to take the bus but when a member of Dunamoney phoned her for a chat they heard she wasn’t well and they told her to stay at home and get better. Then they phoned again the next day and said she sounded even worse than the day before. Then due to a reaction to the medication to cure the first problem she took a severe allergic reaction and was unable to attend Ballymoughans parade. Valerie wants to thank the bands for their care for her wellbeing.
